We believe in privacy. Not as a marketing angle, but as a fundamental principle. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
The Short Version
We don't track you. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No third-party tracking scripts. We don't sell your data because we don't collect it in the first place.
What We Collect
Contact Form Submissions
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message and any project details you share
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent.
Newsletter Subscriptions
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. That's it. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email.
Server Logs
Like most websites, our server automatically logs basic access information: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used for security and debugging purposes only. They are not connected to any analytics or tracking systems and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
What We Don't Collect
- Cookies for tracking (we may use essential cookies for form functionality)
- Third-party analytics data
- Behavioral data or “user journeys”
- Device fingerprints
- Location data beyond what's in server logs
Third-Party Services
We use a minimal number of third-party services:
- Hosting: Vercel or similar static hosting
- Email: For responding to inquiries
- Calendar: Cal.com for scheduling (if you book a call)
Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We've chosen providers that respect user privacy.
Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Any data we store is handled with care.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to any personal data we have about you
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe from communications at any time
- Ask questions about our privacy practices
For Our Clients
When we build software for clients, we apply these same privacy principles. We advocate for minimal data collection, privacy by default, and transparent practices. The software we build respects your users the same way we respect ours.
Changes to This Policy
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and make the changes clear. We won't secretly expand what we collect.
